Click & Collect is a convenient service that allows you to order fireworks online and pick them up at one of our five store locations across the UK
To place a Click & Collect order, simply browse our products online, add your selections to the cart, and choose the "Click & Collect" option at checkout. Select your preferred store for collection, and complete your purchase.
Click & Collect is available at all five of our stores located in Ilford, Canterbury, Gillingham, Tonbridge, and Whyteleafe.
Your order will be ready for pick up immediately after ordering online. Please see relevant store opening hours.
Please bring a copy of your order confirmation email and a valid form of identification (ID) when collecting your order.
Yes, someone else can collect your order, but they must bring the order confirmation email and their own identification (ID)
We ask that you collect your order within 7 days of ordering. If you need more time, please contact the store directly.

Our branches can only hold a certain amount of stock for safety reasons. We strive to keep all branches fully stocked however if an item is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer an alternative product.
Yes, when collecting your fireworks, please ensure they are transported securely in your vehicle, away from any sources of heat or ignition. Follow all safety instructions provided at the time of collection.
Unfortunately, due to safety and quality reasons we are unable to offer refunds for unused fireworks once they have left the shop.
Currently, we only offer Click & Collect services. However, you can visit our stores to explore our full range of products.
We accept cash and all major credit and debit cards (excluding AMEX). Payment is required at the time of picking up your Click & Collect order.
